Oracle will loose or reach a settlement with Google

What is a "mobile device" anyway ? A laptop ? The Apple iPad ? Google Android is superficially more similar to J2SE than JavaFX powered by Prism. How is Android or Harmony J2ME when they do not implement J2ME profile classes ? How the hell can Oracle sue a J2SE open source implementation running on an internet connected 1GHz computer with eight gigabytes of shared memory and a 800x480 screen (Samsung Galaxy S) ?

Basically "javafx -Xtoolkit prism" and IBM SWT is the same thing as Android View. And Android is not claiming to be J2ME. And there is no patent lawsuit if Harmony is a J2SE compatible system. And since Sun has denied Apache access to the TCK license you could argue that Sun is the hostile party. And since they did not sue Apache over Harmony in the first place then why can Oracle sue now ?

J2ME is irrelevant. Dalvik is the only thing that is not J2SE. But how is that different from Excelsior Jet or GNU GJC ?
